PURCHASE ORDERS

We are happy to accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities, government and public safety agencies. We accept purchase orders from large corporations listed on the Forbes Fortune 500 list. If you do not use a purchase order system, please provide your order on your organization’s letterhead.

If you are not a Fortune 500 company and would prefer to purchase products from us via purchase orders, please sign up for a “Corporate Account”. Please proceed to our account application.

Purchase orders must have the following information:

• Purchase order number.
• Purchasing agent’s phone number and email address
• Purchasing agent’s address
• Shipping address
• Verify billing address for invoicing
• A completed W-9 form (Internal Revenue Service) form
• Sales tax exemption and/or resellers certificate (Texas only) form
• Signature authorizing purchase
• Must be printed on company letterhead or form
• Complete description of product ordered
• Product name with part number and price
